What to include
- Chrome version
- Page Shield version
- URL where the issue happens
- Which protection feature was enabled
- What happened instead of the expected behavior
- A screenshot or screen recording when possible
Common fixes
- Use Retry first when a legitimate action is blocked.
- Use Allow once, Allow 10m, or Allow session for one link.
- Use Pause 10m when a site needs a temporary break from protection.
- Right-click a missed ad and choose the Page Shield reporting action.
Donations
Page Shield is free. Optional donations through Cash App or PayPal support maintenance but do not unlock features.
What Page Shield does not promise
Page Shield is not a guarantee that every ad or redirect on every site will be blocked. Its purpose is focused browser control with visible activity and narrow exceptions.
